Getting to know me is a simple two step process:
1: Email me (click here) to set up the best time for us to talk or video-chat.
Chances are you found out about me from someone I am currently coaching, have coached in the past, or someone who knows these people or me. So the best way to get to know even more about me, is to talk to me. Some people may think that they are not good enough or not ready to be coached, I find this is just not the case. Everyone can benefit from a good athlete/coach relationship.
Picking the best coach for you should not be hard, but it will take some time. You can scour the internet and talk to people, but until you actually talk to the person that you may choose as a coach, whatever information you read is of little use. Before you decide which coach you want, you should interview the coach(es) first.
So please, if you have an interest in getting a coach:
Send me an email, so we can set up a time that we can talk on the phone or video chat. Also, please include some basic details about yourself in the email: sport, age, sex, main goals, etc. Please plan for us to talk for 30 - 60 minutes or more the first time. Have your main goals written down. Write down any concerns/questions you may have about having a coach before we talk. By the time we finish talking you should have an idea if we are a good match. If you need to talk again before you decide, that is not a problem. At the very least, by the time we are done talking, you should have a better idea of what you are looking for in a coach.
After we have our initial conversation, I can provide you with references and prices. |
